Terms of Service

1. The service

x2socials ("the service") turns public X posts or text you compose into styled images and videos. It is operated by rezy.io LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is part of them.

2. No affiliation with X Corp.

x2socials is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp. "X" and related marks are trademarks of X Corp.; they appear in rendered images and videos only as optional, user-controlled visual elements describing where the underlying content came from.

3. Your content and your warranties

You keep ownership of content you upload or compose. You warrant that you have the rights needed to use, reproduce, and export every piece of content you run through the service — including text you type, images and video you upload, and posts you ingest — and that your use of the outputs is lawful. Rendering someone else's public post does not transfer any rights in it to you.

You grant us the limited license required to operate the service: to store, process, render, and deliver your content and outputs, per our Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights in your content.

4. Fair use of the service

Plans are for one person or team's genuine creative use. We may rate-limit, deprioritize, or review accounts whose usage patterns indicate automation, resale, or abuse. Each plan's video allowance is a hard limit for its period (a calendar month on Free, your billing period on paid plans): once it is used, further videos are unavailable until the next period begins or you move to a larger plan. Studio videos are rendered with priority.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe, acting as merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout; subscriptions renew until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. If a renewal payment fails we retry for a few days while your plan continues; if payment cannot be collected, your account returns to the Free plan — nothing is deleted. Refunds are handled case by case; contact support@x2socials.com.

6. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA. Send notices via /report or to support@x2socials.com, identifying the copyrighted work, the material you want removed, your contact information, and the required good-faith and accuracy statements. We may remove or disable access to the identified material and will notify the affected account.

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same addresses containing your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of your district (or ours, if outside the US). Unless the original claimant files a court action within 10–14 business days of receiving the counter-notice, we may restore the material.

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers: an account that accumulates multiple substantiated infringement claims will be permanently closed.

7. Indemnity

You will defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of content you upload, compose, ingest, or export through the service, or out of your violation of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is". Snapshots reflect a post at capture time and are not live; re-renders are best-effort and may differ if the renderer changed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination and changes

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page (see the Privacy Policy for what deletion does). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the AUP — immediately, for impersonation or fabrication. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email, and continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
